I am a lifelong learner who loves to inspire others to their full potential.

I have my own private consulting practice, Creative Visions Consulting, which strives to develop Renaissance Leaders–those who approach leadership from a Yellow Meme and evolved mind to take personal responsibility fo developing others and creating change for the planet.   

I was born in Washington DC and am a native to the area but now reside in Frederick, Maryland.

I am a voracious reader and film and music buff and am happiest just hanging out with people while sharing a glass of wine and talking about life's mysteries. 

One of my heroes, Catherine Elizabeth Wilkerson, is my grandmother and she had the largest influence on my life.  She taught me the value of people and I've lived my life with that value for almost my entire time on the planet.  She was a great woman and I'm proud to carry on her legacy as she's been gone from my life for nearly twenty years.

I'm openly gay and am an activist for all human rights.  I don't see us all as separate, I see the world as one community and that we need to honor and cherish each other if we're to sustain this little ball we live on each day.

I'm known for being highly silly, outrageous and fun but underneath that there is this very serious current that's all about creating change. 

I'm glad to be part of this community and look forward to sharing with all of you!
